SIK Donates $6,000 for Women's Shelter Van

Recently we were able to contribute $6,000 to the Women's Shelter to allow them to purchase a much needed van. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the fundraisers that made this donation possible.

Soroptimist International of Kona has been helping our community for the past 40 years!

Annually, we present financial awards to women who are heads of households to allow them to gain the education they need to improve their lives, and to high school students who have made outstanding contributions to our community.

We also support the local womens’ shelter and have established a Victim’s Assistance Fund in conjunction with Child and Family Services.
